Why this exists

The way UGC work gets done today is broken.

For creators

You are a professional. Your platform isn't.

Weeks go to searching job groups and writing to brands just to get noticed. More time on outreach than on the work itself. The work is good. It just has nowhere to live.

Your craft deserves to be found.

For brands

The campaign is live. The creator search isn't.

The campaign is live and you still don't have one. You've posted in groups, messaged people, checked everywhere. Nothing.

The right creator exists. Finding them shouldn't take this long.

Both sides are wasting time on the same broken system. We built something else.

How it works

Two journeys. One platform.

Build your profile

Set your niche, style, and rates. Your profile is live the moment you finish - ready for brands to find you.

Upload your portfolio

Upload your best videos directly from your browser. Your portfolio is live and at full quality before you send a single application.

Browse jobs on a map

On-site jobs appear as pins on a live map. Remote jobs are in a feed. Filter by niche, language, budget, and style.

Apply in one click

Your full profile goes to the brand automatically. See where every application stands from one dashboard.

Portfolio

Your work.
Your URL.
Your career.

A permanent profile at a fixed URL you can put in your bio, email signature, or pitch deck. Portfolio, CV, and brand reaction history on the same page.

Permanent URL

beonreel.com/creator/yourname - one link that never breaks or moves.

CV builder

Start from a template or build your own layout. Export to PDF or share it as a live URL alongside your video portfolio.

Profile insights

See which brands reacted to your videos and what reaction they left. Watch your Momentum Score climb as brands react to your work.

Discovery

Find work.
Find talent.
On a map.

On-site jobs appear as pins on a live map. Remote jobs are in a feed below it. Filter by niche, language, content style, platform, and budget, all at once.

Map view

On-site shoots, events, and retail jobs shown as geographic pins. Find work near you or find creators near your shoot location.

Smart filters

Filter by niche, language, content style, platform, budget range, and turnaround all at once. Results update without reloading.

Explore feed

Browse creator videos and react to what you find. A brand can discover creators without posting a job.

Signals & Reputation

Real signal.
Not likes.

Brands leave Hire, Sharp, Save, or Fit. Creators leave Clean, Fresh, or Study. Your profile builds a Momentum Score from those signals over time.

Brand signals

Hire, Sharp, Save, Fit. When a brand watches your video, one of these tells you what they actually think.

Creator recognition

Clean, Fresh, Study. Other creators react to your videos separately from brands. A Study means they learned something from watching your work.

Momentum Score

Rising, Hot, Established, Active. The score comes from brand reactions, recency, and how consistently you post. It tells you whether commercial interest is growing.

AI

Feedback
before
the brand.

The AI works before anyone commits to anything. Creators get feedback on their work. Brands see a match score before they open a single application.

Portfolio review

Upload a video and the AI analyses your hook, pacing, product clarity, and CTA. You get structured feedback with specific things to improve.

Match score

When a creator applies to a job, the brand sees a percentage match derived from niche, language, content style, Momentum Score, and reaction profile.

Keeps learning

Every reaction on the platform feeds the matching engine. The more creators and brands interact, the more accurate the scores get.

Communication

Everything
in one
thread.

Every job application has its own message thread. The brief, delivery details, and scheduling all stay in one place.

Async messaging

One thread per application. You get an email within 60 seconds of a new message.

Booking link

Creators add their Calendly, Cal.com, or any scheduling URL. Brands see a "Schedule a call" button directly on the profile.

Native scheduling

Request a meeting inside the platform. Creator sets weekly availability. We send a calendar invite to both parties, timezone-aware.

FAQ

Questions worth
asking upfront.

Yes. Everything is free for creators and brands. There's no subscription and no transaction fee. If we add paid features later, the free parts stay free.

Payments between creators and brands happen off the platform. You agree on a rate and pay however works for you: bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, whatever. We don't take a cut.

The waitlist is open now. Creator profiles go live first. Once there are enough creators with real portfolios, the brand side opens. You'll get an email when your access is ready.

A permanent public URL you can put in your Instagram bio, email signature, or pitch deck. Your video portfolio stores files at the resolution you uploaded. A Momentum Score that reflects how brands react to your work. And a job board you can filter by niche, language, style, and location.

A job board where you filter creators by niche, language, content style, and location all at once. Every profile shows the Hire, Sharp, Save, and Fit reactions other brands have left on that creator's videos. You can post a job for free and receive applications with full portfolios attached.

On-site jobs appear as pins on a live map. Brands drop a location pin when posting. Creators filter by distance. If you need someone who can physically show up for an event, retail shoot, or hospitality gig, that's what the map is built for.

Two separate accounts for now, with different email addresses. A Switch Mode that lets one account hold both roles is on the roadmap.
